Well, where I live we do not have anything except Cogeco so I tried to download this show on ITUNES and was refused because I am in Canada. It's maddening really! I first saw this show while visiting my sister in the states over the summer and I was hooked. I've been waiting for the show to come here. What is the deal with Itunes and Canada? This is the second time I have tried to download something from the U.S. store on there and been refused.

I am rather amazed at this. When this show comes out on DVD I will be able to order it from any U.S. based Amazon.com or other U.S. store, likely I will be able to go and buy it right at Indigo or something. I could STEAL it from a torrent but, I was trying to buy it legitimately. This is utter nonsense and I wish these shows and artists would realize they are losing money by using Itunes instead of another product as it seems to be the ONLY one I've ever been blocked on that way.

What is going on with that? Does anyone know??

I couldn't understand some parts of this article Mad Men, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

The way the advertising is designed around the programming is that a contemporary commercial is broadcast but the lead in between the "Mad Men" broadcast and the commercial would be a flash screen that looks like a powerpoint slide - Maytag Man first introduced in xxxx. Actor's name was John Smith. John Smith previously played alien character in original Star Trek pilot. It would be that type of thing.

Rather than the advertising being disjointed or seeming like a disruption in the "Mad Men" episode it almost becomes part of the actual program. Very ingenious.
