"People are bringing from home an expectation of how computing should be...Ten or 20 years ago, people did not bring computing expectations to the office. Now people have better computer technologies at home."

Seems that as much as business IT advances, it has a long way to go to make up for the leaps and bounds "consumer IT" is making.  Will be interesting to see what the next year or five brings into the office.</description>
